All materials supplied by are carefully inspected prior to dispatch.

As we work with existing and pre-produced textiles and materials, minor variations, marks, or irregularities may naturally occur. These characteristics are considered part of the material’s nature and are not classified as defects.

We apply an industry-accepted tolerance of up to 5% of minor imperfections. Materials falling within this threshold are considered compliant with our quality standards and are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns are only accepted in the case of verified defects exceeding the 5% tolerance threshold, or in the event of an error in the order (incorrect material or quantity shipped).

All sales are therefore considered final unless a qualifying defect as described above is confirmed upon review.

Any claim must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt of the goods, accompanied by clear photographic documentation for assessment.

READYMADE STUDIOS reserves the right to evaluate each claim individually based on the nature of the material and the documented issue.
